The enquiry form asks for your name and email address, optionally your organisation and role, a service interest, a project stage and a free-text project description. The description may contain whatever you choose to include about your data, requirements, deadlines or context.

If you email SSS Techs directly instead, the message and anything attached to it are received in the same way as any other business correspondence.

Email messages and attachments may be retained to assess the enquiry, respond to you, manage follow-up conversations, prepare proposals, provide services and keep appropriate business records.

This website does not currently load Google Analytics, advertising pixels, session recording tools or other non-essential tracking scripts. The site may use essential hosting and security logs generated by infrastructure providers.

If non-essential analytics or cookies are introduced in future, this policy will be updated before those tools are loaded.

Information is used to respond to enquiries, assess project fit, provide requested information, prepare proposals, deliver services, maintain records and protect the security and operation of the website.

Depending on the context, processing may be based on legitimate interests in responding to business enquiries and running the consultancy, steps taken before entering a contract, performance of a contract, or legal obligations.

This privacy information is written in plain English rather than formal legal language. It describes current practice and is not legal advice.

Enquiry and correspondence records are kept only for as long as needed for the relevant business purpose, legal requirement, contractual record or dispute-resolution need. Information that is no longer needed is deleted or anonymised where practical.

Personal data may be handled by service providers used for form forwarding, email, website hosting, file storage, security, professional advice or business administration. SSS Techs does not sell personal data.

Enquiry-form submissions are transmitted through FormSubmit, a third-party form-processing service, which delivers them to SSS Techs by email. Anything entered in the form therefore passes through that provider's systems and is handled under its own infrastructure and privacy arrangements, which SSS Techs does not control.

Please do not include highly sensitive, confidential or commercially restricted information in an initial enquiry. If the problem you want to discuss involves material of that kind, describe it in general terms and a more appropriate route can be agreed once contact is established.

Some service providers used for form forwarding, email and website hosting may process data outside the UK or European Economic Area. This page does not state the specific transfer mechanism used by each provider. If you need to know where and how your enquiry would be processed before you send it, email SSS Techs first and ask.

Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing of your personal data, and to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
