Smart and Scientific Solutions Ltd is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Trainer to join our dynamic team in Hamilton, Scotland. The successful candidate will deliver high-quality training programs, ensuring learners acquire the necessary skills to thrive in today's tech landscape.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate training needs: Assess the IT training requirements of organizations or individuals, identifying the skills necessary for specific roles or tasks.
  • Develop training programs: Design comprehensive training curriculums and prepare relevant IT equipment, presentations, demonstrations, and learning materials.
  • Guide trainee progress: Monitor the development of trainees, assist with challenges, and provide regular progress reports to management.
  • Facilitate practical experience: Organize work placements and instructional visits to enhance trainee learning through real-world exposure.
